Refund Policy

At Sweet Notes Flowers & Gifts, every arrangement is carefully prepared and checked to ensure it leaves us in excellent condition. However, as flowers are delicate, there may be rare instances of damage during transit.

If your order arrives in a condition you find unsatisfactory, please contact us at 012-2009306 as soon as possible. Kindly provide a photo of the affected arrangement within 24 hours of delivery for our review.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement on the next available delivery slot or offer a refund. Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank and can take up to 10 business days or longer.
